Week 2 and the nausea after Friday’s dose is rough. Is this normal, or should I stop?

Maya · RN

Don’t stop, week 2 is when this peaks. Smaller meals, water between them, nothing heavy late. If it’s the same on Friday I’ll hold your next dose increase until it settles.

No. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not Wegovy® or Zepbound®, are not generic versions of them, and are not therapeutically equivalent to any FDA-approved drug. Compounded medications are custom-made by state-licensed compounding pharmacies and outsourcing facilities based on a prescription from a licensed healthcare provider.
