A licensed physician reviews
A US-licensed clinician, board-certified in obesity, family, or internal medicine and licensed in your state, reviews your profile and prescribes an appropriate GLP-1 protocol if you qualify. Your card is saved at checkout but never charged unless you are approved.
Your medication is compounded
Once approved, your prescription is made to order at a USP-797/800 compliant pharmacy. Every lot is third-party tested for sterility and potency before it ships.
Your medication arrives
Once compounded, your protocol ships cold-chain overnight directly to your door. Your Oxiline device ships separately. Your care team walks you through your first dose, step by step, in your patient portal.
Titrate with your care team
Your Oxiline device tracks your weight and vitals in the Oxiline app so you can see your progress. Check in with your clinician through secure messaging in your patient portal, and they adjust your dose as you go.

Don’t stop, week 2 is when this peaks. Smaller meals, water between them, nothing heavy late. If it’s the same on Friday I’ll hold your next dose increase until it settles.
